The staff were really helpful and pleasant. Always with a smile. The hotel is next to a laundrette which is very handy. The reception give you a promotion code and reception number in order to use the machines. The location is excellent. Very close to the MTR and excellent restaurants . 5 min walk to the waterfront and good access to the piers for the ferries . Also there are only 2 rooms on each floor which makes it quite quiet at night which is lovely for a hotel in the centre of HK . Good size room and bathroom. Good lift access to the rooms .

The rooms were super clean and big for HK standards. The location was great, as you have a metro station just 3 mins away and the tram also 3 mins away. Lots of places where to have breakfast around and a supermarket also very close by. There is a 7/11 just around the corner for anything else you might need. The hotel also let us borrow umbrellas for rainy days and they were also kidn enough to let us borrow the iron.

The people's manager - Patrick - is always smiling and ready to help. We really recommend looking for him once you enter the hotel. He also knows perfect English. Really close to the metro station - <5 min on foot. There are cheaper options in the area, where you can get food, as it is relatively expensive in Hong Kong. The room was very clean, air conditioning was working fine, and the beds were comfy. There are travel adapters in the room, which was really helpful for us Europeans. We also had a refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise.

I liked this hotel so much that I extended my stay. I think it is among the best price for value for hotels on HK island. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Good wifi was necessary for my work and thankfully the wifi worked great during my stay. Of course Sai Ying Pun is a great neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. And the hotel is very close to MTR. I'd recommend this hotel especially for anyone who will work out of the hotel room and needs a good desk and wifi setup.

Great location near public transport, large rooms for Hong Kong, clean and comfortable, really quiet (with just 2 rooms per floor), helpful staff and speedy communications. For a 3* hotel in Hong Kong this exceeded my expectations. As a bonus I somehow got it for a crazily good deal. Even at double what I paid it would be a very solid choice. I will return. I happened to notice a public laundrette immediately next door too.

Our room was surprisingly big and the bed was quite large and very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as we were on a relatively high floor. Staff were helpful and gave good suggestions for restaurants around the hotel. There was a filtered water dispenser where we could refill our water bottles which was convenient. Excellent location too.
